The XGD-B high-low pressure thin oil lubrication system mainly applies to lubricating the static-dynamic pressure oil film bearing of vertical mill and its accessories, as well as other machine tools and machineries equipped with static-dynamic pressure oil film bearings. Its service medium is N220-N460 extreme gear oil or film bearing lubrication oil or other mechanical lubrication oils.The operating principle of such static-dynamic pressure lubrication is as follows:High pressure system is used during the start-up, running at low speed and shut-off of the host machine, thus the static pressure oil film is formed. When the host machine operates at such speed that dynamic pressure oil film is formed, the HP pump will stop supplying oil, instead, the LP pump starts to work to maintain the liquid friction requirements.The equipment consists of thin-oil lubricating equipment, instrument panel and electrical cabinet.For the main performance see performance parameters, system diagram and outline dimension table.
