CRTYJ steam turbine oil purifier is a special type.
The oil purifier is adopted the advanced technical of separate pre-coalescence stage and after the class-type vacuum degassing.
The oil purifer applies to purify the oil of with much water and emulsified oil.
Striking feature is high speed dehydration and high efficiency purification.
The oil purifier consists mainly of coarse filter, oil pump, oil-water separator tanks, vacuum pumps, heaters, vacuum removing cylinders, drainage pumps, condensers, one-way valve, fine filter, etc.
The oil purifier is with short of oil protection; constant temperature heating; oil level control; filter pollutant overpressure protection and alarm functions.
The oil is into the coarse filter through the inlet valve under negative pressure to remove particles larger than 100μm; then the oil is into the oil-water separation tank under the pump pressure after into the feed-oil pump. The separation tank is with coalescence component and oil-water separator components. Much water is separated when oil is through them. The separated water drops into the separate tank bottom, and then is discharged though the release valve.
The oil is into the vacuum tank after through the separation tank. There is an oil valve in vacuum tank to control oil level and keep oil level in the balance.
The oil is film processed when through heater degassing components, so that the remaining water evaporates full under vacuum. The dirt, formed by steam and harmful gases in oil are cooled in condenser through the vacuum hose enter, is discharged from the drain valve under normal atmospheric pressure. Most of gas and steam are discharged by vacuum pump.
The oil drops to vacuum tank bottom after dehydration and degassing, then into the one-way valve through drainage pump.
The oil is into the fine filter through the one-way valve to remove the mechanical impurities larger than 3μm.
